7 Day Return Policy
When you order at shopkart199.shop you get complete peace of mind. You can return all Mobile Phones within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery as modes of payment, we do a NEFT payment in the registered name of the customer.
If an Mobile Phones is found damaged or not as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at email: team@shopkart199.shop within 2 days of receipt of the product. We will issue either a full refund or a different Mobile Phones in exchange, as per your request. Replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product.
The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
Time elapsed beyond 7 days after delivery
Damages due to misuse of the product
Any Mobile Phones which has been used
Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
Minor scratches or minor variations in colour will not be accepted for return. As these are natural materials, each product will be unique with the minor difference between each product
